Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are based in San Diego, California, USA, but most of our items can be shipped worldwide! Since we have multiple warehouses, some items may not be available to ship to your location. You will not be able to complete checkout if your location is not eligible for shipment.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

Since most of our products are made to order, shipping times may vary from 5-14 days depending on your location. Please be patient as your order is carefully crafted, packaged, and shipped to it's new hale (home)! You will receive updates via email as your order makes its way to you.

  • Issues with delivery?

*We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail! Refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen mail, but please reach out to us so we can try our best to help you out with the inconvenience.

If you did not receive your order, but your order is showing "delivered" on your tracking, please contact your local post office as soon as possible. We do not have control of packages once they are in the possession of USPS/UPS.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us via email or Instagram ASAP so that we can get that fixed for you! Unfortunately we cannot make any changes to the address provided once the order ships out. We are not responsible for orders failing delivery due to wrong addresses being provided to us by the customer.
